All products come with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from Janoshik Analytical or another accredited third-party laboratory, verifying purity and identity. COAs are available on request.

LuxeX Labs reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues. LuxeX Labs ships to eligible locations as displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon dispatch of your order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that importing peptide research compounds is lawful in your jurisdiction. LuxeX Labs accepts no liability for orders seized or delayed by customs authorities.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Luxexlabs@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will assess each case individually and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or store credit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LuxeX Labs, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
